Vendor Applications will be open until October 04, 2026 at 11:59PM PST. Vendors will be notified shortly after this date about the status of their application. All applications after that date will be considered for our waitlist. Please note in the form if you plan to share a table with a friend because Vendor Badges will only be given out to those that apply to this form.
All prices below include a table and 1 Vendor Badge. You can upgrade to a higher tier membership if you'd like.
A non-refundable price for full tables and half tables are as follows:
- Full tables (6′ length x 2′ width): $225 CAD
- Half tables (3′ length x 2′ width): $125 CAD
Note that the hotel does not charge a fee to have packages shipped there.
Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars
Note on AI "artwork": Images made by artificial intelligence or machine learning are not allowed in the vendor hall. Violations may result in expulsion from the vendor hall without a refund. This does not include artwork inspired by AI works. In the end, as long as a living breathing being made it, it may be sold!

***Note About After Dark Vending***
There is a seperate section at the end to indicate if you would like to participate in the AD hall. AD hall is INCLUDED if you are getting a table in the day hall. If you only want to do the AD hall, it will be a table fee of $50
